Flavor with Intention
G’s Condiments was created as a homage to my mother, affectionately known as “G.” Nearly 20 years ago, when my daughter first began to talk, she called her Granny—but my mother felt far too young for that title. Together, they decided “G” was perfect (think “M” from a Bond movie… only better).
G loved food, and she really loved garlic. Cooking was her language of love, and flavor was her signature. Every condiment from G’s is inspired by her passion for food, her joy for life, and her belief that a great meal should always be full of bold, unforgettable flavor.
Each jar holds a little piece of her spirit—and a lot of garlic.
G’s Condiments are made in small batches under a cottage food license, keeping everything local, personal, and hands-on—just the way G would have liked it.
You can order by reaching out to me directly, pick up your condiments by arrangement, or find me occasionally at local events and farmers' markets. Since everything is produced locally, I’m not able to ship orders—jars are delivered by me or picked up in person.
G's Chili Garlic List of Ingredients:
Garlic, chili flakes, coconut oil, sesame seeds, sugar, sea salt, onions, lemongrass, lime powder, nutritional yeast, lime leaves.
G's Onion Relish List of Ingredients:
Red onions, muscovado sugar, red wine vinegar, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, butter, black mustard seeds, coriander seeds, chili flakes, sea salt, bay leaf, garlic, ginger.
