G's Condiments was created as a homage to my mother, affectionately known as "G". Nearly 20 years ago, when my daughter began to talk, she often referred to my mother as Granny. However, since my mother felt too young for that name, they decided that "G" would be the perfect name instead (imagine it as "M" from a Bond movie, but even better!).

G loved food; she particularly loved garlic! All the condiments made by G's hold a special place in our hearts, as they honor her love of life and all its flavors.
